I met my husband Jeff, about 15 years ago. When we got married, we wanted the things many people wanted – kids, a nice home, a dog. We’ve been married 13 years and we’ve endured together an inordinate amount of family loss and emotional, and financial strain. Through it all, Jeff has been steadfast, loving, positive, kind, funny, goofy, gentle, generous, playful, and interested in all that life has to offer. He helps coach Little league teams, he helps lead cub scouts, he attends weekly family therapy to help our child heal from pre adoptive trauma; he takes time off of work to take our other child, who has autism, to therapy and he inspires and supports them both all the time. He is a great father, brother and husband and person.
