A new study suggests that gratitude can lead to a healthier body! Check out how.
Those whose lives are filled with gratitude have healthier hearts.
That’s quite a claim to make but just ask the American Psychological Association, who recently published research from Paul J. Mills, Ph.D. In his study he writes that “gratitude journaling is an easy way to support cardiac health.”
In addition to cardiac health improvement, the study also found that being grateful also helps your spiritual well-being (according to Huffington Post, that means you’ll get better sleep and have happier moods).
