Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Life is Good has established many corporate relationships over the years.  Companies looking to bring the Life is Good culture to their employees, clients and customers have engaged with Life is Good through paid speaking engagements, Life is Good Kids Foundation fundraising and co-branded corporate apparel.  The Manager of Corporate Sales is a new position designed to leverage these relationships and create new ones with the primary focus of establishing a new line of business for Life is Good focused on large corporate apparel orders.  The goal of this position is to create a multi-million-dollar business center in a relatively short period of time. This is an entrepreneurial role with an established and loved brand. You’ll be talking to new partners, taking notes and building presentations, listening for areas of opportunity and spending a lot of time in front of computer.

  • You have successful created and managed senior level relationships and contacts turning them into business partnerships and friends of the brand.
  • You have created a lead database of high potential clients.
  • You have successfully sold into major corporations and non-profits.
  • You have leveraged existing and created new networks.
  • You have cold-called, networked and hustled to develop and close major business leads.
  • You have personally generated significant sales volumes from scratch.

Examples of Things You Will Do

  • Work with Life is Good Co-founders, President and other business leaders to create a database of past and current relationships and provide confidence to senior management that you will grow these relationships in a Life is Good on-brand fashion.
  • Develop a corporate sales plan including trade shows, networking events and on-brand targets.
  • Create sales materials with support of Marketing Team.
  • Constantly network, call and close corporate deals.
  • Advice on product and graphic assortment.
  • Work with internal product team to ensure corporate orders are properly processed and customers are happy.
  • Develop ongoing customer contact strategy.

  • You will have delivered and executed a corporate partnership plan you helped create

Experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years selling to corporations and non-profits
  • Experience in start-up or in a small/medium size business
  • BA/BS degree
