LAUNCH OF FALL 2015 APPAREL COLLECTION AND BOOK DEBUT

TORONTO, CANADA, August 6, 2015 — Life is Good Canada recently launched its Fall 2015 collection of men’s and women’s apparel and is set for National Geographic’s September 1st release of Life is Good – The Book, co-authored by the company’s founders, Bert and John Jacobs. The inspired collection – including tees, fleece, headwear, bags, sleepwear and other accessories – features positive messaging brought to life through art house style graphics. The products are all designed to spread the power of optimism and encourage people to focus on the good.

our brand in Canada, we want to spread the power

communities.” John Jacobs will be in Toronto on September 2nd to celebrate the Canadian launch of the Life is Good brand and the newly released book with National Geographic.

The launch of the Fall 2015 collection, now available at select retailers across the country, follows the January announcement of Life is Good’s exclusive distribution and licensing agreement with Montreal-based distributor, The Mint Green Group. This first-ever Canadian partnership elevates Life is Good’s presence in Canada and marks the first time that Canadian youth will benefit from the brand’s commitment to helping kids in need.

It opens us to possibility and enables us to live our lives with courage, authenticity and joy,” said Joanne Fletcher, Senior Brand Director, Life is Good Canada (a division of The Mint Green Group). “Our clothing and accessories are canvases for our brand’s positive and inspirational messages. Driven by its vision of a world where all kids feel safe, loved and joyful, Life is Good donates 10 per cent of its net profits to The Life is Good Kids Foundation. The Life is Good Kids Foundation partners with organizations serving the most vulnerable children to positively impact the quality of their care. Life is Good Canada is working to build partnerships with several Canadian charities, devoted to helping Canada’s most vulnerable kids. The first of these partnerships is with the Toronto-based Redwood Shelter, a safe haven for women and children fleeing domestic abuse.

The launch of the Fall 15 collection coincides with the introduction of a re-designed logo, as well as a newly updated website and the release of a debut book, co- authored by company founders Bert and John Jacobs and published by National Geographic. Aptly titled, “Life is Good – The Book”, the pages are filled with lighthearted, practical insights, paired with inspiring quotations and the company’s iconic artwork, showing readers how to discover and embrace the good in their lives.
