Life is Good is in the business of spreading optimism, not selling tee shirts. Wait… What? Life is Good is in the business of spreading optimism, not selling tee shirts. You heard (ok, read that right.) That may be hard to believe when you think of Life is Good. Can’t tell you how many times we’ve each said the phrase on time or another, “you know, the tee shirts?” The fact is we wouldn’t be here with out the shirts, but to us our tee shirts are the vehicle we use to spread optimism and at the end of the day, share some pretty amazing art with the world. Sometimes, to think that we started with a hand drawn stick figure 20 plus years ago, to being able to bring in amazing talents like Sam and the crew is humbling and inspiring all at the same time.
For twenty years at Life is Good, we have created almost every piece of art and editorial internally. Not long ago, we decided we should be less restrictive. We decided to swing the doors open, and collaborate with artists from all walks of life. We’re excited about this. We call it our Art House Strategy. This new way forward embraces art in all its forms, including visual art, music, film, animation, poetry, theater and more. It’s the best way we know to bring people together in order to share new ideas, beauty and inspiration. It’s the best way we know to build a community of people who believe life is good.
